From Fresno, California, take Highway 41 north through Oakhurst. Turn right on Forest Road 222 toward Bass Lake. Keep right for 3.5 miles to the campground registration office. Keep left, and continue to Wishon Bass Lake Campground. |

Each campsite has a picnic table, stone fire pit and a pedestal grill. Drinking water and flush toilets are provided. Parking spurs are dirt but may be bumpy and difficult to access because of the interior roads. Services are available at the adjacent Miller's Landing Resort, including a general store, pay showers, laundry facilities and a restaurant. |

This facility has narrow, bumpy roads. Motorhomes over 24-feet or trailers over 20-feet are not advised. All campers must check in at the registration office prior to setting up camp A host and security guard are on-site Maximum vehicle length is 30 feet In accordance with standard industry practices, Sierra Recreation will be assessing a $7 additional vehicle fee per day on the second vehicle in each single family campsite, and on the third and fourth vehicle in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered as one vehicle for determining additional vehicle fees. The third and fourth motorcycle would also be considered as one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles. Wishon Campground is located in the Bass Lake Ranger District at an elevation of 3,400 feet. Bass Lake offers a beach and boat ramp. Popular activities include swimming, motorized boating, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, sailing and fishing for bass, trout, bluegill and catfish. Nearby hiking trails include Willow Creek (2.7 miles), Goat Mountain (2.6 miles), Spring Cove (2.6 miles) and Way-of-the-Mono Interpretive Trail (1 mile). A variety of educational programs are offered on weekends during the summer. |
